Modular Walkway For Any Length

 

 

Shanghai Lansen has a factory in Changzhou, which started operations in 2017. Our 60 workers handle both antique architecture and mobile building product lines. This Chinese long veranda features a single-span clear width of 1.2 to 1.5 meters, with a column spacing of 3 meters. The eave height ranges from 2.8 to 3.2 meters. The total length can be extended by adding more modular sections. Each span is an independent unit that can be transported separately and assembled on site.

The main structure uses 80×80×2.0mm aluminum alloy columns. The roof uses continuous aluminum antique tiles with matching eaves, flying rafters, and built-in drainage channels. We also provide continuous aluminum benches, carved railings, hanging panels between spans, and aluminum antique ceiling panels. The entire structure uses aluminum materials, which require no painting or regular maintenance.

This Chinese long veranda is suitable for various landscape projects. It works well as a waterfront scenic walkway, garden covered corridor, temple side corridor, or rural landscape pathway. Along lakes and rivers, it provides shade and rain protection for visitors. The built-in benches allow people to sit and rest anywhere along the walkway. The carved railings improve safety while maintaining open views.

The modular extension design allows clients to create straight, L-shaped, or U-shaped layouts based on site conditions. We support customization of column spacing, eave height, and overall layout. Standard delivery takes 45 to 60 days. We use wooden frames for export packaging.

The key advantage of this veranda is its modular connection system. Traditional verandas require on-site column installation, beam assembly, and roof construction. This process takes a long time and requires experienced craftsmen.

Our design turns each span into a complete factory-made module. On site, workers only need to connect adjacent columns with bolts. Each span can be installed in less than 30 minutes. The connection areas use special sealing materials and waterproof covers to prevent rainwater leakage. The drainage channel is integrated into the roof structure, keeping the appearance clean while providing efficient water drainage.

Before you order, we calculate the required number of spans based on your site dimensions and layout requirements. We also recommend the most suitable installation direction. During production, we number each span clearly. Installation follows the numbered sequence to improve efficiency.

The all-aluminum structure requires very little maintenance. Regular checks of bolt tightness are sufficient. The warranty covers 10 years.
