Our factory is located in Changzhou and started production in 2017. We have 60 workers responsible for product design, manufacturing, and installation. This relocatable site office is designed with a reception area, working area, and private bathroom. The 11.5-meter extended model provides two separate rooms and allows two people to work at the same time.

The standard setup includes long desks, filing cabinets, and reserved printer space. We also install Gigabit network cables before delivery. All power and data wiring is completed inside the factory, so the office can be used soon after installation.

The main structure uses high-strength galvanized steel, which provides stable performance and long-term durability. The design life can reach 50 years. All materials are selected to meet European environmental standards.

This relocatable site office can be used in different working environments. It is suitable for construction site offices, independent offices in industrial parks, scenic area management rooms, and temporary business offices in new development areas.

The workspace is designed with sufficient natural lighting. The walls include sound insulation materials to create a quieter working environment. The bathroom comes with complete functions for daily use.

We can adjust the layout according to different requirements. Customers can add meeting tables, change the workspace arrangement, or customize other office features.

Standard orders usually require 30 to 45 days for delivery. Customized projects normally take 60 to 90 days. A single unit can be ordered for small projects, and different models can be combined in one shipment. Before shipping, we carry out random inspections and also accept third-party inspections. Each unit is wrapped with waterproof materials for transportation.

We have a professional inspection team that checks each stage of production. For this model, we pay special attention to sound insulation performance and electrical safety.

The walls use high-density acoustic insulation materials, and the windows are equipped with double-layer glass. The indoor noise level can be controlled below 45 decibels. Power cables and data cables are installed separately to reduce signal interference.

Before production starts, we communicate with customers about the number of users, office equipment, and working requirements. Based on this information, we suggest a suitable size and layout.

During manufacturing, we install enough power outlets and network ports according to the office plan. After delivery, our technical team provides support for electrical and network-related issues. Most common problems can be solved through remote communication.

The standard warranty period is one year. We provide free replacement for main structural parts caused by product quality issues. For damage caused by improper use, only material costs will be charged.

We mainly work with EXW terms, and FOB terms are also available. Standard products require a 50% deposit before production. Customized products require a 70% deposit.
