Our factory has been producing prefabricated buildings since 2017. We have a team of 60 workers responsible for design, manufacturing, and installation. This modular mobile home is one of our main products. Most production work is completed in our factory, including the steel structure, wall panels, and interior finishing. After delivery, the unit can be lifted directly into position. It does not require a traditional foundation or concrete construction. Water and electricity connections can be completed quickly after installation.

The main structure is made of high-strength galvanized steel, which provides good strength and durability. Our production process uses precise measurements to ensure stable quality and accurate assembly. The home is designed to withstand wind, earthquakes, and outdoor weather conditions. It has a service life of up to 50 years. The materials used meet European environmental requirements. This model has already been applied in cultural tourism projects, including Shandong Nishan Sacred Land and Ningbo Hanling Ancient Village.

This modular mobile home is suitable for different applications. It can be used as a guest room in scenic areas, a small urban reading space, a mobile village shop, or temporary accommodation for workers. The standard layout includes one bedroom, one bathroom, and a living area, with an additional equipment room for easier maintenance of water and electrical systems.

The living area is designed with large windows to provide natural lighting. The bathroom adopts a dry and wet separation design, with waterproof treatment for both walls and floors. Double-layer glass windows help improve sound insulation and thermal performance.

We provide customization services based on different project needs. Customers can adjust the size, layout, exterior color, and interior decoration. One unit can be ordered for small projects, and multiple models can also be combined in one shipment. Standard orders usually take 30 to 45 days for delivery, while customized projects require around 60 to 90 days. Each unit is wrapped with waterproof materials before transportation to protect it during shipping.

We carry out quality checks on every production batch before shipment. Third-party inspections are also welcome. Before placing an order, our team provides support with design plans and cost evaluation. During production, we share progress updates through photos and videos.

After delivery, we provide after-sales support through a dedicated contact person. The standard warranty period is one year. For small component problems, we can send replacement parts. For larger issues, we communicate with customers and provide suitable solutions.

For standard products, a 50% deposit is required before shipment. Customized products require a 70% deposit. We accept payments in USD and EUR. Competitive prices are available for large-volume orders.
