Off-Grid Living With Solar Power

 

 

Our team was established in 2017. We have 60 employees and our own product development capabilities. This PV integrated mobile house is designed for locations without access to public power grids.

The roof is equipped with monocrystalline solar panels, along with a storage battery system and inverter. These systems work together to provide independent power generation without requiring a grid connection.

The house also uses extra-thick insulation walls to improve energy efficiency. Energy-saving LED lighting and a variable frequency air conditioner help reduce power consumption. A rainwater collection system is included to support more sustainable living.

All systems are installed and tested in our factory before delivery. After installation, the unit can operate independently without additional grid connection. All materials meet European environmental standards. The design life can reach 50 years.

This PV integrated mobile house is suitable for various off-grid applications. It can be used as a mountain guesthouse without electricity access, a remote solar camp, an accommodation unit in a scenic area, or emergency independent housing.

The standard layout includes one bedroom, one bathroom, and a living area. Large windows provide natural lighting during the daytime. The bathroom has an independent water supply and drainage system.

The rainwater collection system helps reduce water consumption and supports environmentally friendly operation. The solar power system can provide electricity for lighting, phone charging, and small household appliances. The storage batteries maintain power supply during cloudy weather and nighttime use.

We can customize the solar panel capacity and battery storage size according to different energy requirements. Standard orders usually require 30 to 45 days for delivery. Customized projects normally take 60 to 90 days.

Customers can order a single unit for small projects. Each unit is packed with waterproof materials before export transportation.

We cooperate with reliable domestic suppliers for solar panels and battery systems. The solar panels come with a 25-year warranty, and the batteries have a 5-year warranty. These supplier warranty terms are provided directly to customers.

Before shipment, we carry out complete system testing in our factory. We use simulated loads to check power generation, charging, and energy storage performance. Each system is tested for 72 hours under off-grid conditions before delivery.

Before production, we evaluate the required solar capacity and battery size based on local sunlight conditions and expected power consumption.

During manufacturing, we record the installation process of the solar panels and electrical wiring through photos for customer confirmation.

After delivery, our technical team first provides remote diagnosis. We check the operating condition of the solar panels, controller, inverter, and battery system. Most common issues can be solved by replacing individual components.

The complete unit includes a one-year warranty. Solar panels and batteries follow the warranty periods provided by their manufacturers.
