Our Changzhou factory started operations in 2017. We have 60 employees responsible for product development, manufacturing, and installation.

This cool mobile KTV booth is designed with complete soundproofing and vibration control systems. It includes professional KTV speakers, multiple mood lighting options, and a large equipment cabinet for audio and video systems. The interior walls use soft acoustic panels to improve sound absorption. A large projection screen is also included for entertainment experiences.

The 11.5-meter extended model provides a separate singing hall and a small rest area. It also includes a private bathroom, a quiet fresh air ventilation system, and a low-noise central air conditioning system.

All interior decoration and equipment installation are completed in our factory before delivery. At the project site, the booth can be lifted into position and prepared for operation after installation.

The main structure uses high-strength galvanized steel. The design life can reach 50 years. All materials meet European environmental standards.

The singing hall provides effective sound insulation, allowing guests to enjoy music at night while reducing disturbance to surrounding areas. The rest area includes sofas and a coffee table for relaxing between songs.

The bathroom provides convenient daily use. The fresh air system helps maintain indoor air circulation, while the low-noise air conditioning system creates a comfortable environment.

Customers can upgrade the speaker brand, add lighting effects, or customize interior decoration according to project requirements.

Standard orders usually require 30 to 45 days for delivery. Customized projects normally take 60 to 90 days.

A single unit can be ordered for small projects. Each booth is packed with waterproof materials before export transportation.

Sound control is one of the main technical challenges for mobile KTV applications. We use a multi-layer soundproofing structure with two layers of soundproof boards and one layer of vibration damping pads.

The wall structure is designed with increased thickness compared with standard mobile units. To reduce low-frequency vibration from subwoofers, we add elastic damping structures between the walls and floor. This helps isolate vibration transmission to the main structure.

During factory testing, indoor sound levels of around 100 dB can be reduced to approximately 50 dB outside the cabin. The speaker system is supplied by an experienced KTV equipment manufacturer.

Before ordering, we discuss your application scenario, expected user numbers, and entertainment requirements. Based on this information, we recommend a suitable cabin size and speaker configuration.

During production, we conduct soundproofing inspections and audio system tuning. We check that speaker phase and volume settings are properly adjusted before shipment.

After delivery, customers can use the supplier's local service network for speaker maintenance when available. The standard warranty period is one year. Speaker warranty periods follow the original supplier's terms.
