Water-Ready Design For Marine Environments

 

 

Shanghai Lansen Industries was established in 2017. Our Changzhou factory has 60 employees responsible for product development, manufacturing, and installation.

This offshore modular support cabin is designed for marine and waterfront environments. The exterior features a pointed bow shape inspired by boat structures. The frame uses marine-grade corrosion-resistant steel to improve durability in areas exposed to water and salt.

The bottom structure includes waterproof float mounting connections. Doors and windows are equipped with sealing systems designed to reduce water entry during waves or heavy rain. The flooring uses corrosion-resistant materials to handle long-term exposure to moisture.

All waterproofing and corrosion protection processes are completed and inspected in our factory before delivery. At the project site, the cabin can be lifted onto the water platform or floating structure for installation. All materials meet European environmental standards. The design life can reach 50 years.

This offshore modular support cabin is suitable for different marine applications. It can be used as a floating lake hotel cabin, sea fishing support cabin, or marina rest cabin.

The standard layout includes a main bedroom suite, separate bathroom, and water-view terrace. The bedroom receives natural light through large windows, while the terrace provides an outdoor area for relaxing, fishing, or enjoying the surrounding view.

The bathroom includes complete waterproof treatment for humid environments. Customers can customize the internal layout, exterior appearance, and interior decoration style according to project requirements.

Standard orders usually require 30 to 45 days for delivery. Customized projects normally take 60 to 90 days.

A single unit can be ordered for small projects, and each cabin is wrapped with waterproof materials before export transportation.

Marine environments require stronger protection than normal land-based applications. To improve durability, the bottom structure uses marine-grade steel plates with enhanced strength and corrosion resistance.

All welded areas undergo inspection to reduce the risk of defects that may affect waterproof performance. Float mounting components use stainless steel materials to improve resistance against rust during long-term water exposure.

Before production, we confirm whether the installation location is freshwater or seawater. Since seawater contains higher salt levels, we can adjust the coating system according to the actual environment.

We also evaluate local wave conditions. For areas with stronger water movement, additional stability solutions, such as bottom ballast systems, can be considered.

During manufacturing, we conduct water spray tests to simulate rain and wave splash conditions. Door and window sealing performance is checked carefully before shipment.

After delivery, we recommend regular inspection of the bottom coating, especially for long-term water installations. We provide maintenance materials and repair instructions when needed.

The standard warranty period is one year. Extended support is available for the bottom anti-corrosion structure.
