Shanghai Lansen's Changzhou factory started operations in 2017. We have 60 employees, including a research team responsible for product development. All production is carried out in our own factory.

This mobile thatched hut features a natural-looking thatched roof made from fire-retardant synthetic materials. The structure has a regular hexagonal shape with a diameter of 6 meters and a total height of 5 meters. Curved panoramic glass surrounds the entire room, providing a 360-degree panoramic view of the surrounding environment.

The main components are manufactured in our factory and assembled quickly on site. The structure uses high-strength galvanized steel for stability and durability. The design life can reach 50 years. All materials meet European environmental standards.

This mobile thatched hut is suitable for various scenic locations, including tropical rainforest resorts, rural farm stays, hot spring resorts, and outdoor photo attractions.

The hexagonal living space creates a unique visual experience. The wrap-around glass windows provide wide views from different directions. The cabin includes a separate bathroom with complete functions. Rustic-style soft furnishings and an outdoor garden terrace further enhance the natural atmosphere.

Customers can add decorative lighting to the roof to create different visual effects at night.

Standard orders usually require 30 to 45 days for delivery. Customized projects normally take 60 to 90 days. A single unit can be ordered. Each cabin is packed with waterproof materials before export transportation.

The synthetic thatch roof is developed with special fire-retardant treatment. It provides better safety performance than traditional thatch and has good resistance to sunlight and rain exposure. Compared with natural thatch, it requires less maintenance and has a longer service life.

The hexagonal structure requires precise engineering for prefabricated construction. Our research team has optimized the structural design to improve production efficiency and installation accuracy. With this process, on-site assembly can be completed within half a day.

The curved glass panels are custom-made according to the frame design. Their precise curvature ensures a close fit with the structure and helps prevent water leakage.

Before ordering, we provide real project photos for customer reference. During production, we conduct pre-assembly checks for the curved glass and hexagonal frame to ensure that each glass panel matches the corresponding frame.

After delivery, we recommend regular inspections of the thatch roof fasteners. We also provide maintenance instructions for long-term use. The standard warranty period is one year.
