Shanghai Lansen was founded in 2017. We have our own factory in Changzhou. Our 60 workers handle product development, manufacturing, and installation.

Mobile homestays are one of our core product lines. We offer various models, including 8.5 to 11.5-meter rectangular units, hexagonal thatched huts, and 9.5-meter boat houses.

Each unit is designed with hotel-grade features. We include latex queen beds, double-layer blackout curtains, full-view balconies, and smart bathrooms. We also provide voice control systems and projection entertainment systems.

All interior work is completed in our factory before delivery. At the project site, the unit can be lifted into position and prepared to welcome guests on the same day.

The main structure uses high-strength galvanized steel. The design life can reach 50 years. All materials meet European environmental standards.

This mobile homestay is suitable for various tourism applications. It works well for popular camping bases, rural homestay clusters, cultural tourism resorts, and family study tour bases.

Room options include single-bed rooms, twin-bed rooms, luxury suites, thatched hut rooms, and floating boat house homestays.

We can recommend suitable room type combinations based on your project positioning and overall design style.

Standard orders usually require 30 to 45 days for delivery. Customized projects normally take 60 to 90 days.

A single unit can be ordered for small projects. Large orders receive volume discounts.

Each unit is packed with waterproof materials before export transportation.

For our homestay products, we focus on every detail of the guest experience. The mattress firmness is selected based on hospitality industry requirements and user feedback. The hardware uses fingerprint-resistant materials. The curtains provide full blackout performance with minimal light leakage.

During production, we test every unit's complete functions. All systems must operate properly before shipment.

After delivery, we provide long-term technical support and spare parts services for homestay customers.

Homestays are important revenue-generating properties. Every day of downtime can affect operating income. The standard warranty period is one year. Paid extended warranty services are also available.
