Our factory is located in Changzhou and started production in 2017. We have 60 employees responsible for product development, manufacturing, and installation. This coastal modular homestay is designed for seaside and lakeside environments where moisture and salt exposure are common.

The structure uses marine-grade hot-dip galvanized steel with additional anti-corrosion protection. We apply an anti-salt fog fluorocarbon coating to improve resistance against coastal conditions. The base of the unit includes waterproof and corrosion-resistant treatment, while the outdoor deck is made with moisture-resistant and corrosion-resistant materials.

All hardware components are selected for better resistance to seawater corrosion. For projects located on water, we can also provide a pile-supported platform solution.

All corrosion protection processes are completed in our factory before delivery. At the installation site, the unit can be lifted into position and connected for use. All materials meet European environmental standards. The design life can reach 50 years.

This coastal modular homestay is suitable for different waterfront accommodation projects. It can be used as a lakeside cabin, island guesthouse, or seaside resort room.

The standard layout includes a large bedroom with a sea-view balcony. Large glass panels provide a wider outdoor view and allow more natural light into the room. The balcony provides space for outdoor chairs and tables, creating a comfortable relaxation area.

The bathroom adopts a dry-wet separation design and includes complete waterproof treatment for long-term use in humid environments.

We provide customization options for layouts, interior decoration, and overall design styles. Standard orders usually require 30 to 45 days for delivery. Customized projects normally take 60 to 90 days.

Customers can order a single unit or combine different colors and models in one shipment. Each unit is packed with waterproof materials before export transportation.

Coastal environments contain high levels of salt and moisture, which can accelerate corrosion of ordinary steel structures. To improve durability, our units use thicker galvanized protection and an anti-salt fog fluorocarbon coating system.

Compared with standard powder coatings, the fluorocarbon coating provides better resistance against salt spray and outdoor exposure. We conduct salt spray testing on the coating system to check its protective performance. Under tested conditions, the coating system can provide rust protection for more than 10 years.

Before production, we confirm whether the project location is near the sea or a freshwater lake. Coastal locations usually require stronger corrosion protection due to higher salt exposure, so we can recommend suitable coating solutions based on the environment.

During manufacturing, we pay special attention to weld protection. Each welded area receives anti-rust treatment and additional protective coating.

After delivery, we recommend regular inspection of the exterior coating. If surface damage appears, customers can use the provided touch-up materials and repair instructions for maintenance.

The standard warranty period is one year. The structural anti-corrosion system is covered for long-term service support.
