Versatile Decorative Grilles For All Antique Projects

 

 

This Chinese lattice window & door grille system is the most flexible decorative accessory in our antique product line. Our Changzhou factory produces these grilles using precision stamping molds. We started manufacturing antique accessories in 2017. Our Changzhou factory has 60 workers, and lattice grilles are one of our highest-volume products.

The main profiles use 20×30mm or 30×40mm aluminum square tubes with a wall thickness of 1.5 to 2.0mm. Standard module lengths are available in 1 meter, 1.5 meters, and 2 meters. Our pattern library includes ice crack, key fret, crabapple blossom, lotus, plum blossom, Eight Buddhist Treasures, and landscape hollow carvings. Custom designs are also available based on customer drawings.

The grilles can be installed inside insulating glass or mounted externally with clip-on systems. Both installation methods allow convenient maintenance and replacement. These decorative grilles are compatible with our complete range of antique buildings and mobile building windows and doors.

The all-aluminum structure is corrosion-resistant and requires no painting or regular maintenance.

Lattice grilles are one of the most recognizable decorative elements in traditional Chinese architecture. The ice crack pattern creates a balanced rhythm through intersecting lines. The key fret pattern represents order and good fortune. The crabapple blossom design creates a soft and elegant appearance.

Lotus and Eight Buddhist Treasures patterns are especially suitable for temple buildings. The plum blossom pattern adds a scholarly and cultural atmosphere. The landscape hollow carving creates a three-dimensional artistic effect similar to a traditional Chinese painting.

We keep standard patterns available for faster production and delivery. New patterns can also be developed based on your drawings or design concepts.

Standard delivery takes 30 to 45 days. We use wooden frames for export packaging to protect the products during transportation.

Producing high-quality lattice grilles requires accurate processing and detailed finishing. The hollow carving lines must remain clear and smooth without sharp edges or burrs. Our CNC molds provide high machining accuracy to ensure consistent quality across every batch.

The inside-glass installation method keeps the grille protected inside the insulating glass and reduces cleaning requirements. The external clip-on installation method allows quick replacement when design changes are needed.

The surface finish is fingerprint-resistant and helps maintain a clean appearance during daily use.

Before you order, we recommend suitable patterns and installation methods based on your building style and application. During production, we inspect every grille for accurate dimensions and surface quality. For external grille systems, individual modules can be replaced without removing the entire window or door structure.

The warranty covers 10 years.
