Standardized Antique Windows And Doors For All Projects

 

 

Our Changzhou factory produces these oriental aesthetic windows and doors using standardized aluminum profile manufacturing methods. We established our Changzhou factory in 2017. Our workshop has a dedicated window and door production area. Among our 60 workers, 10 are specifically responsible for window and door assembly. The aluminum frames have a thickness of 1.4 to 1.8mm. The glass uses 5+22A+5 double-layer tempered insulating glass. The surface finish features a fluorocarbon wood-grain transfer coating. Window types include casement windows, lift-up windows, full-length floor windows, and hexagonal or octagonal-shaped windows. Door options include antique double-leaf lattice doors and moon doors.

The window grilles are available in five pre-made aluminum designs: ice crack, key fret, crabapple blossom, auspicious cloud, and other traditional patterns. These grilles can be installed inside the insulating glass or mounted externally with clips. The windows and doors provide sound insulation, thermal insulation, and waterproof sealing performance. The all-aluminum material never needs painting or maintenance.

These oriental aesthetic windows and doors are suitable for many applications. They work well for antique pavilions, verandas, towers, and mobile home exterior upgrades. Casement windows are the most commonly used style. Lift-up windows open upward and create a traditional architectural appearance. Full-length floor windows provide maximum natural lighting. Hexagonal and octagonal-shaped windows complement classical pavilion designs. Lattice doors create a ceremonial atmosphere. Moon doors add a poetic architectural touch. You can customize the sizes and patterns. Standard delivery takes 30 to 45 days. We use wooden frames for export packaging.

Windows and doors are frequently used architectural components. Our aluminum profiles are 0.2 to 0.4mm thicker than standard window profiles, providing better structural strength. The 22mm air gap inside the insulating glass improves sound reduction performance. The grilles are produced using stamping molds and refined with manual finishing. This creates clear and precise decorative lines.

The gaps between the frames and walls are sealed with special sealant to prevent water and air infiltration. Before you order, we recommend suitable window types and grille patterns based on your building style. During production, we ensure every dimension is accurate to the millimeter. Aluminum windows and doors require no painting or regular maintenance. If hardware components become damaged or corroded, they can be replaced individually. The warranty covers 10 years.
