This ancient architecture window and door system is developed for heritage restoration and antique reconstruction projects. Shanghai Lansen was founded in 2017. We established our Changzhou factory soon after. Among our 60 workers, we have a dedicated team specializing in replica products.

We reproduce Ming-Qing Suzhou style, Anhui style, and official-style traditional wooden window and door designs at a 1:1 scale. Complex decorative carvings are formed as one piece using aluminum molds. The all-aluminum structure replaces traditional wood materials, solving common problems such as rot, insect damage, and fire risks.

The surface uses a wood-grain transfer finish that closely matches the color and texture of natural wood. After installation, the appearance is almost identical to traditional wooden windows and doors. However, the service life is much longer, and the structure requires no painting or regular maintenance.

Many traditional wooden windows and doors suffer from moisture damage, aging, and insect problems over time. Standard delivery takes 60 to 90 days. We use wooden frames for export packaging to ensure safe transportation.

Heritage restoration requires extremely high accuracy. During the replication process, we first measure every detail of the original windows and doors on site. This includes overall dimensions, grille spacing, decorative patterns, and carving details.

We use 3D scanning technology to create accurate digital models and then produce molds through CNC machining. The finished aluminum components can reproduce traditional carving details with high precision. Even fine handcrafted textures can be recreated through advanced processing methods.

Compared with traditional wood, aluminum offers better dimensional stability. It does not crack, warp, or deform due to moisture changes.

Before you order, we need original photos, dimensions, drawings, or other reference materials. We then develop a detailed replication plan. During production, every component is manufactured according to the confirmed measurements.

All-aluminum windows and doors require no regular maintenance. The warranty covers 20 years.
